Party Parmesan Chicken Bites

Party Parmesan Chicken Bites! Wrap chicken and gooey parmesan in a puff pastry and top with some more parmesan!

I love making everything from scratch. I adore going through the process of making each part of a food from top to bottom. But when I’m throwing a party or the big game is about to come on, I need foods that everybody can enjoy. And fast! To that end, I present my Party Parmesan Chicken Bites!

How long do these take?

30 minutes from beginning to plate! And that includes clean up time! That’s assuming that you use store bought puff pastry. If you want to make your own puff pastry, please do! I’ll even get around to posting a recipe for it one of these days! But for those of you in a rush, store-bought puff pastry will do just fine.

What do I need to do?

Hardly anything! Pre-heat your oven to 350, chop your chicken extremely small (no bigger than a quarter), season it with some salt and pepper, wrap it in the puff pastry, and set to bake for 20-25 minutes!

30 minutes from start to finish! Party food to go!
