Acquainting the Avocado
Ingredients
Avocado Bacon Spread With Romano Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes
- Flesh of 2 avocados
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- The juice of 1 limes
- ¼ pound bacon
- Salt and romano cheese to taste
Avocado Soup
- Flesh of 4 avocados
- 3 cups of milk
- The juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Avocado Bacon Spread With Romano Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes
- Cook bacon by putting it into a cold oven, then turning the oven on to 400 degrees and pulling it out 22 minutes later
- Scoop out flesh of avocados, cut cherry tomatoes in half
- Juice lime
- Cut or tear bacon into strips
- Mix all ingredients together and grate cheese to taste on top
- Enjoy!
Avocado Soup
- Put flesh of avocados into food processor with salt and lime
- Pulse 3 or 4 times
- With machine on, pour in 3 cups of milk slowly
- Enjoy!
