My new best friend avocado shows off his drastic transformation into bacon avocado spread and avocado soup while teaching us about how emulsions are made and why fruit browns.

Ingredients
Avocado Bacon Spread With Romano Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes
  • Flesh of 2 avocados
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • The juice of 1 limes
  • ¼ pound bacon
  • Salt and romano cheese to taste
Avocado Soup
  • Flesh of 4 avocados
  • 3 cups of milk
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
Avocado Bacon Spread With Romano Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes
  1. Cook bacon by putting it into a cold oven, then turning the oven on to 400 degrees and pulling it out 22 minutes later
  2. Scoop out flesh of avocados, cut cherry tomatoes in half
  3. Juice lime
  4. Cut or tear bacon into strips
  5. Mix all ingredients together and grate cheese to taste on top
  6. Enjoy!
Avocado Soup
  1. Put flesh of avocados into food processor with salt and lime
  2. Pulse 3 or 4 times
  3. With machine on, pour in 3 cups of milk slowly
  4. Enjoy!
