Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Coconut Banana Bread

It's more than just banana bread. It's cinnamon chocolate chip coconut banana bread!
Ingredients
  • 5 very ripe bananas
  • 5 oz. cinnamon chips
  • 5 oz. chocolate chips (or 2-3 tablespoons cinnamon powder. You may use less if you choose, but I like mine VERY cinnamony!)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1½ cups white flour
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Place all dry ingredients together and mix well
  3. Mash bananas with a fork
  4. Combine bananas with wet ingredients
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Place into bread pan
  7. Bake for about an hour (or until toothpick inserted into the center is relatively clean after taking out of the bread)
  8. Enjoy!
