Decided on this recipe and I’m glad I did. It was quick and easy. I have also made Best Ever Banana Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting and it’s really really good as well, just a bit more time consuming. I’m sure I’ll make this one again. Thanks!

Great question!

I used 4 very large, overly ripe bananas which did not prove to be 2 1/3 cups, so I added just enough sour cream to make up the difference. I also added 1/4 cup of chopped pecans to the mix. The end result was fabulous! I knew with all these reviews, I couldn’t go wrong ; ) Thanks for the lovely banana bread, Shelley~by the sea!

Having not tried it myself, I’m not sure how it would turn out, but it couldn’t hurt to give it a try and let us know what happens!
